Over the past few months we have been in talks with Football NSW in respect to cross-over competitions, specifically in female competitions. They have included the Hills Association, North West Women and
Granville and Districts Soccer Football Association is proud to announce it will be partnering its girls football teams with Blacktown and Districts Soccer Football Association to form one of the best Female Football Competitions under the Football NSW banner. This is an exciting partnership for 2017 that will allow for Clubs to nominate girls teams in all age groups from U8 right through to 030 Ladies. There will be multiple girls competitions and divisions in the U8, U9, U10, U11, U12, U13, U14, U16, U20 (Youth), All Age Ladies and O30L age groups.
The increase in player and team numbers will allow BDSFA and GDSFA to ensure that girl’s teams are able to play in competitive and diverse competition that better suits their team’s needs. It will allow for some tough competition every week for the Division One girls and will also allow the less experienced girls and teams to play in a lower graded competition that is fair, balanced, and better suited to their team’s ability.
So get your friends together, get to your local Club and register a team in what will be a great combined competition.
GDSFA would like to thank BDSFA for working with us and welcoming our teams into their competition. I know our teams will all look forward to an exciting challenge in playing against many new faces, different teams and great Clubs.
