Granville & Districts Soccer Football Association Incorporated

Round 14 on Saturday 7th July will now be changed to Premier League Game Day and all Premier League matches will be played on Sunday July 8, at Melita Stadium. “It gives the chance for the Association to utilise the facilities of Melita Stadium so our flagship competition can display the Challenge Shield” , Mike Quarmby, CEO of GDSFA commented.

“Further to this, we are excited for the players who will experience a quality pitch and the feeling of professionalism. This concept, the first of its kind for our grassroots teams in quite a while, with other initiatives such as the Premier League preview and match reviews, should entice players to our League”, Quarmby said.

The games at Melita Stadium will be filmed. Kick off times are currently been discussed with the competing clubs.
